Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping at Deals4you. If the product itself is defective, or if the final product is materially different than the design displayed in the campaign, we're here to help. Under these conditions, our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product. Please make sure that:

The product was purchased in the last 30 days; and the product isn't used; and either a) the product itself is defective, or b) the final product is materially different than the design displayed in the campaign.

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return. To return a product to Deals4you email support [at] Deals4you.online and we will assist you as soon as possible.

Deals4you is not responsible for refunds or exchanges due to incorrect fit issues and buyers assume all risk when choosing the style and fit of their purchase.

After you have sent an email to support [at] Deals4you.online you will receive instructions for returning your item(s).
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping.

Damaged items: If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance. We will be more than happy to get a solution so you are 100% happy.

Exchanging Items: Deals4you does not exchange items as all products are ordered direct from our suppliers to bring you huge savings. We accept returns if the above criteria are met.

If your items have not arrived within 60 days of the date of original purchase, contact Customer Service for a full refund of your purchase.(This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) and missed parcel deliveries). Please note: Due to the popularity of certain items in our catalog, shipping times may take longer than the estimates shown on the website.
